Account Deletion Request

⚠️ Important Notice
Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data including:
  • Personal information and profile data
  • Saved flight plans and routes
  • Weather preferences and settings
  • Subscription history (active subscriptions will be cancelled)

This action cannot be undone.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: Delete from within the app
  1. Open the XFlyMap app on your device
  2. Go to Settings (gear icon in the top right)
  3. Tap on "Account Settings"
  4. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
  5. Confirm your decision when prompted
Option 2: Request deletion via email
✓ Your deletion request has been submitted. We will process it within 48 hours and send a confirmation to your email address.
✗ There was an error submitting your request. Please try again or contact support@xflymap.com directly.
Data Retention Policy
After account deletion, we may retain certain information for legal, security, and fraud prevention purposes for up to 90 days. This includes:
  • Transaction records for tax and accounting purposes
  • Communications regarding account issues
  • Information necessary to enforce our terms of service

All retained data will be permanently deleted after this period unless required by law.
